I've spoken to Tracey about this via PM the day before she posted it, so I know this woman has a website and buys registered cats, so
AFAIK she is not a backyard breeder.
I questioned why Tracey wasn't offered a replacement kitten - that's a congenital fault which most breeders cover in their contracts (I certainly do). Instead she had to BUY the dad?

She is not a well known in the Bengal world, which is at least a relief.
