Re: Desperately Seeking a Crow!!

What kinda crow as there are a few in the crow family. Instead of having one!! Why don't you look into helping rearing chicks that need to go back in the wild. They are lovely birds but they don't make very good pets. I hand reared two rooks and we kept them so they would'nt become used to us in a shed. They soon told us when they were ready to go when they started going for our eyes, they like the shine in your eyes and will go for them. I also had an injured jackdaw which I made more tame he pulled his feathers out with stress though as he always seemed to watch the crows that were flying and he could'nt ( broken wing).
