He sounds just fabulous.
I have a baby cockatiel that I am hand rearing because her parents rejected her. She is just over 4 weeks old now and starting to find her voice, you get the occasional tweet every now and then, plus her personality is really starting to shine through. I can't wait for her to be old enough to come and sit with us in the lounge during the day.
