I am due to assist my friend in buying a Daschund puppy in the next couple of months and would really appreciate any advice on the breed as it's new to me. I have bought several puppies myself in the past so know to check the basics - eyes, ears, nose, general temperament and health - but if anyone knows of anything I should be looking out for which is specific to Daschunds I'd be really grateful
