If she were mine i wouldn't consider having pups from her, firstly I would be concerned about the extra pressure put on her body through the pregnancy, will she still be getting the right nutrients, and will her body be able to pass them on to the pups, if you have a beautiful dog who you love, its not worth risking her.

I would also be worried about passing the condition on to the pups, is it hereditary ? Why not speak to your vet I am sure they would be able to give you some advice.

As Sally-anne has said, you would need to get her hip scored, to check everything is okay, I believe labs are also elbow tested now, don't know about eye testing, but on the Kennel club website you can find a list of all the test required for each breed
