Personally I wouldnt breed from her. Any dog that isnt in tip top health shouldnt really be bred from. As bitches in whelp need extra meals to help them cope with the pregnancy and the feeding of pups afterwards I'm sure that this would upset her balance if you have managed to get her Pancreatitis under control.
