Instead of just warm water use salted water (saline solution ) the salt as an actibacterial use cooled down water from a boiled kettle this will be sterile , about half a mug and put about 1 tsp of normal salt into it let it disolve and use seperate pices of cotton wool for each eye whipping from the inside out . this wont clear up on its own though you will need drops or cream from the vets and will usually clear in 4-7 days depending on severity . can be caused just though a germ or dirt or sometimes in the summer our dogs get it through walking in long grass .
