I dont think that u can give a specific weight as an ideal...they come in all shapes n sizes.
the reason this will have been said is that with giants its better to keep them slim when developing as u dont want any excess weight to affect the developing bones and joints.
The best measurement guide i can give u is u shound be able to feel the ribs easily (without pressing too hard) but not see them.
