If it is TF and the correct treatment (ronidazole) is given, it will not take 2 years to clear up - ask your vet to test for TF, it does sound very like this could be the problem.

Hope she is soon back to normal;

I will keep this thread updated as i might know more monday after i have been back to the vets .
I have also heard it can take up to two years for the squits to clear up
