Funnily enough my Dad's westie has cushings, but she has very different symptoms. She is about 8 and has had numerous blood tests etc which have determined cushings, and she is on some sort of steroids.

Her symptoms were actually pretty much opposite, she was lethargic, constantly demanding food, had a pot belly (was obese when they got her) and she went from 36lbs to 28lbs but the belly still wasn't shifting, constant need to drink etc. There are many reasons your dog could have these issues, vet is the way forward
