How long does chicken take to defrost? I got some thigh quarters on wednesday, froze them, took them out yesterday about 4pm, and like it said on the packet, left them to defrost overnight in the fridge. Yet them still feel pretty solid to me.
I was planning on trying them this evening, but im worried they wont be defrosted enough.
