Hey i have 2 of them, when i 1st got Pumpkin i took the flap off purely coz he was to small to push it open but since have put the flap back on and he's fine with it.
Treacle was a lil harder. once again took the flap off at 1st, and she was abit worried bout going in so i would start by leaving the lid off, then put her in it and put the lid on, and she's fine with it now! xx
