around two years back doe (my dog) had the same problem...it was winter so i thought that it was just due to the season. but the sore began to bleed and the matter was almost out of control...i visited my vet but the antibiotics he gave were almost uneffective. then my aunt in florida told me that it was due to some thiomine deficiency...she advised me to get some med with that mineral i got a med called petabs...there are many places where you can get these med...i got it from this page you can try thsi or search for sumthing else.
