Our 12 month old kitten Ollie had been on whiskers kitten food gravy and jelly with no problems.
When he turned a year old last month we very slowly (over a two week period) transferred him onto Iams adult cat food. He normally goes for a poo outside so i can only assume its always been like this since the change over but he has a mild diarrhoea which can only be cause by the food.
Any advice would be appreciated. Do i keep him on this for a little longer? Change and if so what to? Put him back on the kitten food for a bit longer?

You should have mixed his Whiskas with a little Iams food (if this is your choice food) this is to ensure he does not have an upset tummy. I wouldn't go back the way with the food I would just introduce it a bit slower.
