i know dogs out of control are a real pain, but why should we punsh the poor dog when the owners are to blame for not training or controling there dogs right.
and while on the controling subject why should the spoilt little brats who vandle things in parks and on the streets be allowed to run free,
i have had it with the spoilt brat who think its great fun to bark at my dogs while i have to have them under control on the road or in a park, and mum or dad just stand there talking while there little darling is causing the trouble, and when you say something your in the wrong.
