If every park here had these rules that would mean me travelling 20 minutes in the car everytime I wanted to let my dog off the lead for a run, instead of walking 5 minutes down the road to the park.
Yes have parks where dogs must be on a lead but also their should be parks dogs can be let off the lead, so long as they are under control.
How is a dog that is used to running around off the lead, burning off loads of energy going to react when he's stuck on the lead, getting a fraction of the exercise he/she is used to?

i understand your side but i dont mind keeping my dog on a lead in public places because if there is a blanket ban on dogs of leads in public places and it prevents SOME attacks its worth it, same as ive said before love my dog but children come first, people are more important than dog and need to be put first
