I love the furminator...

It doesnt work on my longhaired persian though but any of other short or semi-longhaired cats i have in it works a treat on! I only use it for about 5min at a time once a week . After using it they do look a little odd for an hour or two - but a quick roll around and self groom sorts that!

I wouldnt use it on a show-cat personally, as it does make them more sleek than plush.

I used it on a friends super shedding labrador and it was amazing!
