Vaccinations for Kittens...

Im new to the forum so just thought id say hi first.

I have two kittens/cats, now approx 10 months old that I rehomed at 9 weeks old from the RSPCA. Due to illness from day one they didnt have their injections young and have only had the first so far.

I want to know if anyone here knows if an RSPCA member can administer vaccinations?

As part of the deal the injections and operations were included for £45 per kitten. I had vouchers for the ops which were done at the vets but the injections I was told were to be done at the ladys home who fosters the kittens.

My vet said they shouldnt be doing the jabs as they are not a qualified vet, but the lady said it was fine. I took them to the vets instead of the ladys home just incase, but I wondered if its illegal for them to do them?

Can someone please help me?

Thanks
