No, people round here seem to treat dogs like they are inanimate objects-seriously
the bloke we are attached to has an english bull terrier and I only know this because I had to drop round a parcel, she never, ever goes for a walk doesnt get to go in the garden for more than 10 mins and is also left for hours on her own (maybe there is a medical reason she doesnt have walks but she is really fat)
The couple on the other side of my neighbours with the huskies also have 2 huskies which are also kept out all day but are at least walked. Apart from that there is no body, we live down a very quiet lane in a village and I think we are seen as the outsiders (when we had a small fire and the brigade came out they all stood in a little gang and watched but none bar 1 came to see if we were ok even tho I am pregnant and we also have a 12 month daughter-sorry going off on one!)
Im not some weird dog police I just work part time after maternity leave so have a lot of time to kill that and Im always out with my dogs so notice these things
