hi, I was just looking for a bit of advice really.
my neighbours have just bought a husky puppy who is 7 weeks old (too young in my opinion) and they have been at work since 8 this morning and wont be back til after 5. they have left their pup locked in the utility room and he has been crying non stop ever since they left. no body has been to check him or let him out for a wee. they have 2 other huskies but these are in a run outside so he obviously cant be with them and the male goes for him anyway.
It is bringing me to tears listening to him. I dont want to fall out with my neighbours and really dont know them well enough to say much to them as we have only been here a few months
