for me you are feeding her to much. i.e you are feeding a complete food so she should not need any tripe with it. 2lb of tripe and 4cups of complete food aday is alot of food. my biggest male rott is on 1lb of tripe with a jug of plain terrier meal biscut twice aday and is more than enough for him.

if i was you i would either feed the complete food or change her to just tripe and terrier meal biscut twice a day.
