A very close friend of mine phoned me late one evening as her pony had gone down with grass sickness.
We was rushed to the vet with him but he was euthanised during treatment.He was a 12 year old welsh pony.
He lived out 24/7 on a field with others which the owner has owned for over 35 years and always grazed horses on.
It was near Maidstone in Kent.
It was around May 2007 but I could not give an exact date.
