If your patio door is double glazed it will be expensive as the door has to be resealed and the vacumn replaced, also the cat flap has to be sealed as well otherwise you loose the draughtproofing. I would get a couple of quotes from reputable companies. There is an alternative depending on how old your house is and that is to have one installed into the actual brickwork. Either way there would be a cost.
