I'm so sorry your cat has this lump
it could be a number of things,
it may be an abscess though she would be in pain
it could be an over active mammary gland
put it could also be something more serious
I would take her to a Vet asap and get some treatment before the kittens are born
I do hope all is well with the little girl she is beautiful
