In your position, I would be looking at breed clubs and places where good dogs will be found. Good breeders can usually be found on champdogs, I would also look at something like agilitynet.com - puppies may be advertised there as well as stud dogs, so you can contact them about current and proposed litters. Sometimes it's just a case of thinking around it rather than just answering adverts. Hope you find your friend soon.
