There is an obedience training class on a thursday night in the local town hall. I have heard people say this has really helped their dog with basic commands and obedience.

I really want to give it a go but one problem is stopping me. CONFIDENCE. i have low self confidence in myself and i know that when i walk in tht hall and my dog sees all these people and dogs he will go nuts. he gets far too excited and ends up pulling on his lead to get to these dog.
