Cats (and kittens!) do usually like tuna, but they shouldn't have "human" tinned tuna too often as it can contain traces of mercury and other heavy metals. If you do feed it, use the varieties in spring water, not oil or brine.
A couple of times per week at most should be OK. Sardines, mackerel & sild are also OK for cats.
