Your Cat a book by Elizabeth Hodgkins is a very good read if you are interested in whats best for your cat. She is a vet and breeder who has also spent time in the pet food industry.

I find these kinds of opinions very unhelpful. Of course there are good dry foods. I've fed my cat on dry james well beloved since she was about a year old and shes in perfect condition. She will barely even touch wet food. Some cats wont even look at wet food.

The advantage with JWB is that it contains no additives or preservatives.
