Hi,
Are you crate training her? I always recommend crate training, it is a wonderful management tool for toilet training and house training.

Also you will need to thoroughly deodorise all previously soiled areas inside by washing with bio washing powder, let air dry, then finish off with a pet deodoriser spray. Dogs have a far superior sense of smell than we humans, if she smells even the slightest whiff of her urine she will simply think she is in the right place to pee.
