im unsure how the cats will react to the buns but my cat was fine with the rabbits but then i have large breeds who are bigger than the cat lol

best thing to do is have buns in a cage and see how the cats react to them or vise versa.

you will also have to watch that the rabbits dont attack the cats as rabbits can give a nasty bite if scared.
