millrescue neuter all their dogs that come in if they haven't been neutered unless they are puppies then people have to sign an agreement to say they will return thier pup when old enough to our vets to be neutered under our neutering scheme. if using their own vet then proof sent and this will be followed up on. all dogs also are fully vac'd chipped , wormed and frontlined. also all dogs go with a bag of arden grange which they are fed on.
