I would resent be told to neuter my dogs.

I like the idea of free neutering and the Mayhew Animal home does offer this for SBT's,however I don't really see any impact it has had.
I don't think the Animal Charities should pay for it though,to me that is part of dog ownership and the costs involved in looking after it.

Even with free neutering available some will never take up the offer because breeding for money is much more appealing.
