Re: Vaccinations

I use to have my cats vaccinated every year when their boosters were due.
Until one year when one of my cats became very ill after having the booster.
As soon as I walked into the vets, the vet said this is nothing to do with the booster. Which really got me thinking. As my cat was in very good health before.
A few days went by she had to have blood tests. tests on her liver and kidneys. My poor girl was so ill she couldn't walk properly!!
I asked him if it could have been a bad batch of vaccine but he said that he had not had any problems before.
My cat has never been the same since. She has always suffered with very bad flu type colds.
Now I have adopted a one year old and his booster is due soon.
I am now worrying what i should do.
Maybe I will have the booster done this time only, while he is still young.
Has anybody else had the same thing happen to their fury babes?
Thanks
