She needs to eat as much as she wants while she's still nursing, if her bowl or plate is empty keep refilling it. 5 kittens are taking a lot out of her, she can't recover from making them and feeding them without plenty of good quality food. If you see her looking for more food, licking bowls, searching for it, she's hungry and that's normal.
