Sick after tablets

I gave the cats their 2nd lot of worming tablets at around 5 pm. I bought the worming tables that you need to give 3 tablets- 1st the round worm, then a week later the tape worm then a week later the other round worm tablet.

So today it was the tape worm tablet and she has just been sick.

I always make sure they eat something after a tablet so they don't cough it back up again as my old cat used to do this. They had some tuna.

Anyway, will this mean she is no longer protected against tape worms? I don't know if the tablet was in the sick there were cat biscuits in there too.
