The new act has some HUGE holes that need filling before this becomes law.

It states that any dog that attacks another animal be it dog or otherwise, it would be considered "dangerous". So if your dog killed a rabbit or a rat, then it would be breaking the law.

They really need to think about every single aspect before putting this bill through. They've mucked up once already, id hate to see even more dog owners penalised if they muck up again.

Just look at Germanys dog legislation.
