You should contact the breeder. If they are a good one, they should take him back.

I think you have made the right choice. Its obvious you cant cope with him, and its unfair on both you and your son to carry on like you are.

He sound slike he needs a more experienced home, with someone who has more time to concentrate on his training and needs. I dont think they are an easy breed to own, and perhaps wasnt the right dog for you.
