JWB does have rice/grains in normally but they have a grain-free version (new I think) and thats what I just got. It similar to Orijen in the ingredients although not as much meat content (suits me well as my boy is still young and too high meat content is not recommended for growing dogs). Grains/rice are not recommended really as part of a dogs diet so you could try that as well and see if it helps!
