Firstly i will go into a bit of the back ground my cat has been missing for 17 days and she came back home two days ago. Last night i had the fright of my life my beautiful Tabthia had a seizure. Which i have to say shaken me up a bit. I took her to the emergency vets and at the moment have her still in there she has had no more seizures. Although i am now very worried about my cat because this has never happened before.
Yesterday morning i took her to the vets and they gave her a injection which we are still waiting to find out what it was because my normal vets is closed over the bank holiday. They also gave me some antibiotics for her to take but she never had one because they told me to start her on them today. They gave her the all clear apart from her guts were a little churned.
I have been looking at the internet just to find a little more about seizures.
I am now wondering if she has this she does have some of the symptoms. Was wondering her being out in the wild for 17 days could of brought this on. It's called Feline Hyperesthesia
