A similar scenario happened to one of my pet sitters. Her next door but one neighbour also had a cat who she did not care for, and my sitter kept feeding her. She called the RSPCA who did nothing, so she put the cat into a basket and took it along to a rescue centre. That little cat was also pregnant.

It was a happy ending however, since she found a loving home and the kittens did also. Food for thought don't you think
