I am new here as well and have been looking for female mates for my male chinchilla. I have send you a message with regards to your chinchilla.

I am able to house her and I am pretty close to you (newcastle upon tyne) you can always come up and visit her if you wish and I can give you an update should they have any kits in future (and maybe give one or two to you should your circumstances change and you can keep pets again )

Do contact me and let me know what you think.

regards,

Elvin

I can only re-iterate what Marcia has said . If you wish to breed please go learn more and ensure you have at least a 3 generation history of the chins otherwise you can end up with genetic problems
