My cat has been lethargic today which isn't that un-normal as it's been a wet day here.

I've just taken him his food and noticed he is limping and unable to put weight on one of his back legs.

I've had a look and it looks like he has cut his leg at the back just above his paw. It seems clean and is not wet though the bottom part of his leg is swollen.

He is washing himself though his breathing is quite shallow and rapid.

I'm unable to get to the out of hours vet at the moment - any advice?
