all I did for a batch of home made was throw an entire rabbit (inc organs) 1 pig kidney, 1 neck of lamb, 1/2 a pig liver, handful of stewing beef into a pressure cooker with plenty of water, bring up to pressure for 1.5 hours and then cool.
removed bones and strained, thickened the stock left and poured over the meat in chinese take-away tubs to prevent it drying out and froze them... got 18 cats meals out of it plus left over stock for the dog
