spid - I may just take her to the vets and have her checked out. I do go out in the day and we all know cats are curious

Although that said, there isn't much for her to hurt herself on in my flat and she can't get outdoors at all.
lymorelynn - I think she may have attacked me as she didn't see my hand go up to my head until it was there. She was frightened of the mop when I first got her but never to this extent. She's seen it before, growled at it then just walked away. Maybe she thought "not this time, I'm gonna have you!".
It is also a new mop-head so that could be part of it. I think from now on she can stay in the bedroom while I mop. Saves the mop (and my legs

) being shredded!
Hand wasn't too bad but I have 2 lovely long scratches on my leg where she slid back down
But I'm more concerned about her than myself
