Its not just one person speaking out, its a Bill, at its second reading in the House of Lords... so its going to go its (slow ) way up and we just have to hope that it comes out of it, officially passed by Parliament, with the thrust of it still untainted, and hopefully also some welcome modifications...

Its looking good lets be optimistic!!
