Re: Feliway - who uses it, why and as it improved things
i find feliway invaluable
I have my own multi cat household which at the moment comprises of
1 - persian lady, gets on with everything and everyone
2 - moggie lady - seems to assume that everyone is there just to please her
3 - moggie mum, my most recent who i found in a skip, she has 2 weaning kittens at present.
on top of those I foster pregnant cats so my other cat residents are:
1 - semi longhaired moggie and her 4 4 week old kittens
2 - tabby moggie - and her 3 1 week old kittens
3 - b&w moggie - guestimating at about 4-5 weeks preggers. Been in rescue for a week and they noticed she had pinked up so brought her to me. She's only been here for a couple of days.
I'm taking a break after the last of these ladies are homed so i can concentrate on my own fur (and non - fur) family
So.... with all the coming and going, a pup, 2 young kids etc the house can be a high stress area for the newcomers. I find feliway diffusers in each room and the spray invaluable. I do other things aswell to make transition smoothe but i wouldnt be without feliway!
