Help!!
We have just discovered that one of our two so-called male corn snakes has laid 14 eggs!
Explains all the weird activity in the vivarium just lately I suppose!
But now we are not sure as to what to do...we have looked on the Net and following a few links have set up a fish tank with a heater and have a plastic tub to put the eggs in. We haven't got any vermiculite or moss though so have to leave the eggs where they are for now. I hope that isn't going to cause any problems?
As for the snake that IS male, do we just leave him in the vivarium or remove him?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as we are complete novices to this and hadn't actually planned on breeding which is why we specifically requested two males at the time of purchase! Cheers.
