I hate ticks. Hate them to the point of being obsessed with them. When tick season is upon us, my dogs have every inch of them searched. The most common place i find them is the groin, i think thats because both of mine will lie in the grass with their legs stretched about behind them.

I thought id found a tick on Oscars stifle once. I got my tick hook and tried for about 10 mins to get the blighter off. Turned out it was a little warty thing, i damaged it and he had to have it surgically removed. In my defense even my vet thought it was a tick at first.
