Oh goodness me what a load of rubbish, where did you read that?!!! As long as you take things slowly have a decent horse and instructor you'll be fine. The others are right if you expect to fall you tense up and you make the horse tense which is not what you want at all. Just do it at your own pace and enjoy it!!
