yeah im trying to sort some payment plans out, they want like asbout £800 in one go then will see about sorting something out but aint prepared to sort sumit out until they have a lump some.

i have spoken to rspca and nspcd and they are willing to help me a little bit and pay about £250 which is something but i cant get hold of anyone to speak to them about the first part of my bill, before the operation. they keep fobbing me off! typical!
